Lee Weimer
Lee Weimer is a not-for-profit specialist and organization management consultant, facilitator and instructor. She has 25+ years of work experience in the field of organization and business management, specializing in strategic planning and public policy programs. Her primary focus is on the fine art of tying the seemingly disparate into a whole: helping clients to see a bigger picture from the sum of the parts. She gives day long to week long seminars, motivational speeches, facilitates planning meetings and retreats and conducts team building workshops.
Lee has co-facilitated two "Communities of Practice" with tech companies in the Silicon Valley that have run for over ten years, and has conducted management programs for business associations and chambers of commerce throughout the US and nine foreign countries. She worked 10 years for the United States Chamber of Commerce and has been consulting for twelve. An advisor to Communities of the Future, she is a graduate of both the Institute for Organizational Management at SMU and the Academy for Organizational Management at Notre Dame. Lynn Myhal
Lynn Myhal, Consultant, PhD, MCC, has provided organization development (OD) services, integral leadership training, and coaching to senior executives and their teams in the public and private sectors for over 13 years. Educated as a research scientist, she uses her experience as a manager and leader and her certifications in OD and integral coaching, training in various assessment instruments, and management consulting to support executives.
Her services include facilitation, change management and implementation, process improvement, and OD. Lynn designed and delivered cutting-edge management training for the federal government before beginning her own OD, consulting, and coaching practice. Dr. Myhal's commercial clients include Oblix, Lightwave, Serena Software, Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Sun Microsystems, and Verisign. Her government clients include the EPA, NASA, CIA, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), US Forest Service, Federal Executive Institute, and Tulare County, California, District Attorney's office. Her nonprofit clients list the Institute for Women and Technology, Youth-Science Institute, Golden Bay Credit Union, and Mexican-American Cultural Society of America.
Dr. Myhal has designed, taught, and evaluated coaching courses for JFK University's Graduate School of Psychology for five years. She is also a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
Lynn has a BS degree from Bates College and a PhD from University of Rhode Island. A unique professional with both in-depth technological expertise and communication skills, Ken Braly is known as a presenter who can bring life to technical and dry management subjects. He has been teaching people how to get the most from technology, and how to make presentations more powerful, for over 25 years. Ken is co-editor and publisher of SpeakerNet News, an award-winning weekly electronic newsletter with over 8500 readers in the professional speaking community. He has a passion for communication and speaking excellence and also works with speakers as a coach.
Ken continues to do a wide range of technology consulting, including Web development and Internet-based marketing. He has had project management roles with Apple Computer, Kaiser Permanente, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He was also a faculty member at Cal State Hayward. He has been an active member of the National Speakers Association since 1978, and is a founding member and past president of the Northern California NSA chapter, where he has been honored for extraordinary service to that organization.
